On all the pages of the online store, next to a product there is the Basket icon. Browse our online store and put the products you want to buy in your cart. Each time you select a product, it will appear in your cart which you can open from the icon at the top of the pages, next to the main menu. To continue your shopping, select the item you are looking for from the main product categories and add it to your cart. When you have finished selecting the products, click the View Basket button or directly in the Checkout.

E-mail, mobile phone and some more are mandatory fields, because all the communication of the execution of the orders is done through e-mail or telephone communication, but also for tax purposes.

Order Information

Step 1: Select products and check Basket.

Step 2: Go to Cart and enter Payment and Shipping Information.

Step 3: Select the shipping method (at the invoicing address, at another address or receipt from the store).

Step 4: Choice of payment method (cash on delivery, credit / debit card, bank deposit). The card must belong to the person who placed the order.

To deposit in a bank account, as soon as the order is completed and the deposit is made in the bank of your choice, send us a copy of the deposit either by e-mail at sales@smartcolor.gr or by fax at 2310 55 11 11 60. Upon receipt, the shipment of your products will also start.

In the online shopping cart you collect all the products you want to buy. You can add and remove products until your order is complete. If a product is missing from our online store, call us at 2310 551160 to find the best possible solution for you.

All prices include VAT. 24%.

Prices can be changed without notice.

Prices do not include taxes in favor of the public.

Price commitment is made only by prepayment (deposit, credit).

Delivery of Products to Your Address

You can place your order Monday to Friday until 14:00 and pick up your products that are available in our store until the next working day. If the products are not available, delivery can be made within two or even three business days.

If for any reason you wish to receive them as soon as possible, call us at 2310 551160 so that we can serve you as soon as possible. The deadlines do not apply in cases of force majeure, which may affect shipping times.

Picking up Products from the Store

You can pick up the products you have selected from our store at 11 Fragon Street in Thessaloniki. In each order there is the option to receive it from the store, where you will be notified via e-mail as soon as your order is ready. Alternatively, you can call us to find out availability of the products you want and make reservations and orders.

Order Delay

There are cases where the supplier may remove a specific product without notice. If this happens, we will contact you to provide you with the best alternatives available.

Cases of force majeure can affect the delivery times of your order.

Our products come from a wide variety of suppliers to offer you the best possible quality and price. There is the possibility an order to be delayed by them. You will again be notified for further actions.
